BASIC FIRST AID
Competent help and care to the ill and injured in the case of emergency until proper medical help is attained. Although the course emphasises on skills, which includes Basic Life Support, the knowledge for better understanding of the first aid procedures is also addressed.

The course lasts two days (8 hours x 2) and takes place in the classroom.

Continuous assessment by the trainer and written exam.
Certificate
Successful candidates receive a certificate issue by St. John Ambulans Malaysia, valid for three years.
